About Coaching
A coach is like having an experienced mentor who can help you find your way when you get lost. We can all get stuck at certain times in our lives, and when we do, a coach is someone who offers information and resources that will help embrace new perspectives. A coach asks insightful questions that lead you to the answers that are right for you. Your new perspective, confidence and insight are needed to design the life you want, and find the person you want to meet. You will set the agenda, working with your coach to co-create a plan of action for your current challenges.
Along with your coach, you will focus together on your life purpose, values, and vision. Where do you want to go and what are you willing to do to get there? We set realistic goals to accomplish what you determine is important to you. We identify your requirements for the life you want to lead.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is usually done by phone, at regularly scheduled times of the week. Since it is one-on-one, it allows for greater focus on your goals.
Singles coaching works to build your confidence first, and then moves forward to build your dating plan. You learn how to meet, screen, sort, and qualify prospective dates. You learn how to become an attractive person, in order to attract the person you want. You discover how not to chase after love, but rather, become the love you seek. When you have a coach, expect improvements in the quality of your life.
Group Coaching
Group Coaching is usually done by telephone and permits multiple people to be connected simultaneously to Tonja. It is less expensive than individual coaching and offers the benefit of becoming part of a team. Not only do people gain synergy from working together on similar issues but they soon become part of a team committed to each other's success. Singles, in particular, can become isolated, and having team-mates provides support that cannot be found among family and friends who do not understand the challenges they face.
Having a team helps group members encourage and mirror each other, hold themselves true to their values, and become clear about their requirements. The coaching team helps group members implement their life plan and overcome barriers that stand in the way.
For singles who live in the same area, the group can provide support for members outside the phone meeting as well. If you're ready to date, team mates can scout for you, double date with you, attend singles events with you, and help screen potential partners.
We go much further if we allow ourselves to be accompanied by others and accept help from them. In our "do it yourself" culture this is often not understood. The group is there to listen without judgment, to celebrate wins, to encourage accountability, and to help plan the next step. A coaching team can be central to one's personal success.
